Refund and Returns Policy

Property Rentals

All Reservations are covered by the Cancellation Policy specified in the Vacation Rental Agreement that is Electronically signed upon booking.

Any refunds owed to Guests will be submitted with our credit card processor, Stripe, within 48 hours.

Upgrades

Refund eligibility is specified in the Detail section of all Products in the Bon Vivant Properties Shop.

Unfortunately no exceptions to these requirements can be accommodated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at reservations@gobvp.net.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are occasionally issued by Bon Vivant Properties LLC as gifts to our Customers.

These certificates are only redeemable for Reservations or Products sold through Bon Vivant Properties LLC have no Cash Value and can not be redeemed for Cash.

Lost gift certificates can be replaced once free of charge. After that a $10 fee will be charged by credit card to the requesting Customer. This fee can not be deducted from the gift certificate balance.

Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate or email accompanying the gift certificate.
