The Front Door Access Code will be provided by the Host 48 hours before check-in.
Parking
The far left of the driveway is for Guest parking. Please do not park within 5 feet of the garage door.

Cameras
There are 2 outside-facing Ring cameras that may record Guests as they come and go.
- Camera 1: Ring Spotlight Cam monitoring the Driveway
- Camera 2: Ring Spotlight Cam above the ADU walkway (disabled during Guest stays)

Trash
Green bin: Compost – please place all food scraps in this bin.
Blue bin: Recycling only. Please break down all boxes before placing in the bin. Large boxes may be broken down and left next to the bin.
Brown bin: All other trash. All styrofoam must be placed in garbage bags and left next to this bin.
Kitchen Table Operation
The Fold-Away Kitchen Table provides seating for 4 guests.
- Roll out the table so the wooden sliding door on the right side of the table is pointing towards the oven.
- Slide up the wooden door on the right side of the table to expose the chair compartment.
- Remove all four chairs
- Lift up one side of the table top and while holding in place, extend the leg and lock into place in the nudge under the table. Repeat on the other side.
What’s Provided
Toiletries and Bath
Towels. wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, utensils, and cooking supplies. Paper plates and plastic utensils are also available. Please do not leave any food items behind.
Streaming TV Service
For regular TV Service use the DirecTV Stream app.
You are welcome to use any of the other streaming apps with our accounts if they are logged in. Contact the host if they have been logged out.
Standing Desk
A standing desk and computer chair can be provided in the bedroom upon request.

Check out time is 11:00am. No late checkouts are permitted unless approved by the Host in advance of your stay.
